Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has met Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev during a visit to Moscow. According to the Russian government, information cooperation in IT technology and Skolkovo - the innovation hub known as Russia's "Silicon Valley" - are among the main topics which will be discussed during Zuckerberg's visit. While in Moscow, the social media tycoon hopes to boost Facebook's popularity in Russia, where it faces strong competition from Russian social networks such as VKontakte which has many more users than Facebook.
